Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting our services, driving patient acquisition, and building strong relationships with clients. This role is crucial in helping us expand our reach and impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Services: Effectively communicate the benefits of our naturopathy and Ayurvedic treatments to potential clients.
• Patient Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential patients through various channels, including direct outreach, events, and online platforms.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the wellness and healthcare industry.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion: A genuine interest in holistic health, naturopathy, and Ayurveda.
